I just got out of school a while back, and currently am chilling at my moms house in Florida. I currently am not working or going to school, and focusing all my attention on getting in shape. I go to the gym when I wake up, and once again later at night. I am doing weight lifting and cardio. My question is, how come I feel so drained? Its not due to me working out, even when I wake up in the morning after getting a full nights rest I am really physically drained out. I'm 24 years old, so I thought maybe it was a change in chemicals in my body, but I got blood work done and my testosterone levels are normal, I dont have a Cholesterol and I dont have Diabetes. So I'm confused as to what could be the problem. I am getting a full nights rest, and am not eating fast food or anything like that. What could be the reason for me being so drained out, and how can I fix it?
