okay so here's a rundown of my usual eating/exercise during the week:

Breakfast:
some sort of cereal
fruit
orange juice

Lunch:
turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat with a little mayo
water
apple

Dinner:
whatever my mom makes
(usually some sort of meat dish, pasta, etc..)

Exercise:

i am on crew so i workout every day except friday and sunday
half of the week i do 50min of rowing and 50min of circuit training
the other half i do 1 hour of rowing

occasionally i will have some cookies or some sort of junk food but definitely not an unhealthy amount.

so why am i not losing weight?
