Thread: why am i ill all the time?

ok i am ill now, i was ill 2 weeks ago, i was ill just before and then after xmas. last year i was ill every month from january to june. why am i always ill? I eat relatively healthy, i exercise allot(at least bike 9km a day), could it have anything to do with my asthma. because my illnesses always start of with siffles and headaches then after about a day or 2 i just cant breathe and am realy tired.

any help?
