I've been working out for about 2 months now i use dumbbells for bicep curls overhead triceps extensions and then i do sit ups and push ups i do the same exact reps and sets for each side but for some reason I'm getting more results on the right side of my body...i was able to flex the right side of my chest before i could do the left now i can do both but i feel more muscle on the right....my right arm looks like it has more bicep than my left and i can flex my back ( i think it is) and I'm able to see my traps but I cant do that at all with my left side... Is it eventually going to even out? or do i have to catch my left side up with my right? and if i do how do i do it and how much more should i workout out my left side than my right? this is weird i don't know if its normal either anyone knows please tell me! i don't wanna have one side of my body more built than the other lol o yea and I'm right handed to if that has anything to do with it..... Thank You!
