Thread: Whose penis is smaller? Obama's or Bill Clinton's?

It's well known since Monica that Bill's is almost microscopic, but since Obama is more liberal his could be even smaller. You see, liberals think the government owes theme transfer payments because they have small penises. At least that's my observation.

Just from my relationships with black men and white men, I would guess that Bill's is smaller. Men never fail to surprise me though.
