Does anyone knows where I can buy cayenne pepper products? The ones that are claimed to help in losing weight fast.

I am from the Philippines and aside from internet shopping, I have no idea where I can buy one. Also, I am not fond of online shopping. Me and my friends love going out but not one of my friends know where I can buy one.

I do know the ingredients and mixture, but I don't know if there are specific cayenne pepper products for weight loss or if any will do.
