On sunday, I did a lot of bicep curls. My biceps aren't that problem though. When I extend my arm out fully, like a bird, the inside of my elbow hurts really bad. Both arms it hurts, but worse on my left. Im right handed, but its been here for almost 3 full days now. Its been hurting really bad, to the point where i dont want to open my arm up to more than i have to. Whats wrong with my eblows?
