    what's so unhealthy about fasting?

    i'm talking about fasting like, no meat or no refined carbs

    just fruit and water

    people have been doing it for years? I spoke to this girl the other day, she says she remembered fasting for 3 days, and her skin never looked clearer, people who have acne don't realize how skin is an organ, and is related to diet more than anything else, anything that goes in your body must come out

    nothing, you should add some vegetables to your diet too though

    fasting is great for you! especially a water fast =D
    if you are consuming raw fruit though, I'm not sure it is considered fasting, just that you are on a fruitarian diet. my sister is a fruitarian, and she always looks beautiful, her skin is so clear, her posture is perfect, and she's in great shape (5'3"- 105 lbs.)

    Fasting is great for you.It cleans out all the chemicals and impurities from processed/junk food. After a fast your body won't crave such junk.
