ok i am currantly nearly 70 kilos and about 170cm tall im a 15 yr old female and i would like to lose 20 kilos in about 3 months is it possible?
my currant routine which ive been going at for about 2 weeks now
is i eat a helathy brekfast and a healthy dinner, some times i eat dessert but not often i exercise every afternoon and i do dancing for an hour on thursdays, will i acheive what i want in my set time limit? its just that ive been self concious all my life and altho i not fat persay...i do have a few extra chubby bits that i dont want

so will it work? if not what canb i do differnetly? keep in mind that my dad is a health freak and hates sugar and he does the shoppng so everything i eat when i do eat is healthy.
