well i have a bmi tester and it says 130-145
it depends.
muscle weighs more than fat.
and a whole buncha factors...
i mean... you could be fat and be healthy.
i know a dood who is 440 and does triatholons.
in my opinion....
around 130 ish....
giv or take like 10-20 pounds...
