lunchables, lol childish i know, with fruit, also try leftovers? like pizza you had the day before or that morning.
lunch meat and cheese wraps. roll it up and put a toothpick through it, place in a ziploc and your good to go.
salad with lowfat dressing.
Green salad with chicken and grated cheese
Peanut butter on crackers and an apple or banana
Cheese, fruit and crackers
Left over pizza from last night's dinner (it's good cold)
green salad with sliced boiled egg for protein
fat-free ham slices with baby carrots and Ranch dressing for dipping
any kind of cold soup with cheese and crackers
Yogurt, fruit and nuts
cottage cheese, fruit, nuts
and so on...
either peanut butter and jelly, or Brown stew, my favorite
