I just want to know what things are really essential to healthy living for a 12 yr old girl
-what fruits and vegetables are essential
-What meats are essential
-what meats or foods should I not eat
-since I'm 12, how much should I exercise each day and/or what things to exercise to keep me slim (pushups, sit ups, etc)
