There is no such thing as a weight loss food. The basis for losing weight is to consume less calories all together. Yes, egg whites, fruit, veggies, etc are good for you and fill you up. But inorder to lose weight I think a good idea is to keep a food diary and write down EVERY single thing you eat. Also look at portion sizes to things. A serving of chicken is 4oz. most people eat double this. So be conscious of serving size.
