I'm looking for a good meal for building my muscle mass. Usually I'll have a lot of soup and meat for protein, as well as some carbs. Every once in a while I'll get a smoothie with a whey protein shot from a place next door to my gym. What else should I add? Say what specific foods I can find each thing I need in, as I'm not very familiar with some diet terminology.

Oh, and sometimes I'll have a protein bar. What's the best brand for helping to build muscle mass?
