OK, so I am 27, 5-9 and weigh 160#, and I have some stubborn belly fat that I need to get rid of. Basically I am hoping to slim down to a 28 waist from a 32 waist. What's the best way to do it? Please dont just tell me diet or exercise or pills cuz i am doing all the right things, but the fat just does not go away. please help!
