You Are 14 Years Old!!!!! You Need To Evaluate Why You Want To Even Loose The Extra Pounds. I Pray You Aren't Insecure And Telling Yourself You Need To Loose Weight Because Then You Really Need Help Mentally, Not A Diet!!! Other Than That Eat Fresh Fruits And Veggies, Exercise Atleast 30 Mins A Day And Focus On Just Living Your Life At 14. There Are Too Many Things In This World Than To Stress About 10lbs!!!!
