So, I'm not fat, but I do have a little chubby-fat on my stomach. I'm going to Australia in less than two weeks. I do dancing and other sports regularly, but what is the most effective way to get rid of the small amount of fat which has collected? I will be at the beach so I want to feel really good in a bikini and not worry about my stomach. I eat relatively regularly, but I eat some snacks after school. I can stop with them. But what kind of a work out rutine is the most effective? I have about an hour, more if really necessary, after school, and on weekends I have more. Just jogging or..? Thank you!
