Recently as I've gotten older, I've come to realize just how unhealthy my whole lifestyle is. Like nearly everyone I want to live to be 100 (at least) and I know my current lifestyle isnt going to get me there.
I've had 4 children in 8 years, am overweight, a smoker with very little exercise.

So, what would be the best way to gradually get into the swing of things to improve my health, & my lifestyle ?
