    what would cause this?

    i layed in the sun today and got like a inprint from the lounge chair on the side of my face its been hours and it hasn,t gone away what would cause this?

    i think you just laid on the lounge chair too long. the imprint has probably lessened since that time so with some (possibly many) more hours it'll go away. your skin does have elasticity so it shoudl be back to normal. if it doesn't, then i woudl see a doctor (maybe dermatologist) because it's probably not normal..

    The sun can make your skin splotchy. I tan everyday and it happens all the time so don't worry.

    decreased blood flow to the area. try rubbing the area on ur face, it may open up the blood vessels and move the blood around so you can get rid of the imprint. OR you could have a suntan on ur face from the chair, get self tanner
