I work two jobs. Currently I work my first restaurant job from 5am to 1pm. Have a break from 1pm to 5pm then work my second restaurant job 5pm to about 10pm leaving me with about a 6 hour window to fall asleep in.
However every day when I've had to work both jobs I always have nightmares or waking dreams that I'm still at my second job! Im not quite awake but im not deeply sleeping either. It's more or less because I believe I don't really have sufficient downtime between the two however I really don't want to get less sleep. Any Ideas on how I can clear my mind of the days activities and fall asleep quicker and easier?
