im always tired no matter how little or too much sleep i get. i get about 6 or 7(if im lucky) a night and im tired all day. im 17 btw. its so hard for me to get out of bed in the morning and it so hard to stay awake and pay attention in class. im just wondering what vitamins i may be missing. someone told me to take more B vitamins but i looked into those and i dont think thats the case. if you know anything about tiredness id like to hear it.
