Thread: what are these bumps on my neck?

over a period of no more than a week a bunch of bumps that are white appeared on the front of my neck and all in the my throat area. at first they were white bumps on my skin then a few were like pimples, but not the juicy kinds, they were very small. help please =]

i'm almost 16 years old if that info helps. also i'm a male.

might be the begining of hair follicle infection, wash with antbacterial soap and if your shaving use clean razor each time...
