    What is stress help me out here? cos im feeling horrible?

    can anyone name some good home relaxation techniques AND EXPLAIN?

    I normally lie on the sofa, put some calm music on and close my eyes

    Or lie in the bath with a magazine.

    I live in a house with 8 people and 4 dogs..i need to use these alot!

    stress is the feeling of being overwhelmed when you have too much to do the best thing to do is relax, as hard as that is to do just take deep breaths it allows more oxyen to flow to your brain and therefore allows you to think more clearly. Mint helps, drink tazo refresh tea, eat peppermints, there is this "relax" scent at bath and body works you rub it in your wrists and it helps you to calm down, its what peppermint/mint does... long relaxing baths with vanilla scents... your olfaction has a lot to do with your mental abilites
    just calm down and breathe =)

    It`s been proved that petting a cat is a very good way of lowing your strees. . . .

    Put some carm music on not ( R&B AND ROCK ECT ) That`s a good way. .
