    What are some good exercises to tone up?

    I don't want to loose weight, just get rid of the excess fat in my thighs and butt? Any sites online anyone know about? HELP!!!

    doing cardio 3-4 times a week for an hour. Try swimming as this tones up your entire body and works all your muscles. Also try doing 100 crunches each day. Do 50 crunches in the morning when you get up and 50 before you go to bed. xxx
