I am a average size girl. Definitely far from fat but i don't say skinny cause i actually like that i have a figure and want to keep it that way. I am happy with my body i just need to tone up my stomach. I do alot of walking and jogging to keep the calories burning. Im open to other cardio options but i have a hard time doing on-the-ground exercises to tone up my belly because i have scoliosis and not only does it hurt my back, but it could cause me big problems in the future. Any help is well appreciated.
