What are some good career in mental health to do?

I'm really interested in how the brain works and responds to certain things etc. Also in stuff like making someone mentally stronger. I was thinking of psychiatry or psychology but i want to see if i like any other options...so

1) What are good jobs in mental health that you think would interest me?

2) Which job is better psychology or psychiatry?
