i have a flat stomach up until my belly button and there is just like flab there that needs to go away by the beach season.
i eat healthy, i really do, and i do situps alot too on most nights.
i also do leg lifts and where i have to touch my toes.
i feel the burn in the end but i dont get any results.
please tell me an exercise i can do NOT INVOLVING A BALL, WEIGHTS, or anything else that isnt like right in my home.
please help. i need a flat stomach in like 2 months.
i aslo drink TONS of milk...is this hurting my diet?
what about eating like some snack before bed? is that hurting it also.

pleaassse help
and give details about how the workout actually has proven results and WILL WORK.
