Thread: what skin disease is this? (no, its not a ringworm!!!)?

i have this tiny pimple-like thing on my arm. its so itchy and its like spreading on the affected area. i don't know how did i get this. can anyone tell me what skin disease is this? i tried it in the net but i cannot find it.help pls. here are some pictures of it.

now there is like a white group of circles that feel like normal skin,
