Okay so i'm need something that I can eat that would give me enough energy for an 1 1/2 conditioning/strength training.

I've eat fiber one cereal with a banana for breakfast, an apple and multigrain pretzels for lunch..so what for dinner?

Yogurt with peanut butter?
Peanut butter and jelly on wheat?
Turkey and cheese on wheat?
Combination of sandwich and yogurt?!

I have whole wheat tortillas, bread, and rolls. I also have soup, lean cuisines, and tons of fruit. Help please!

Yes, i'm on 800-1000 calorie diet.
