Don't drink soda, it makes you bloat, eat healthy and do ab workouts.

crunches thts what i do!!! i do like 30 then a 30 second break and then 40 and 40 second break and soo on! o and tht bender ball thing tht they advertise on tv really works for your upper abs but not so much your lower abs!
