What should I do for this burn?

Some flash powder burned my finger and I have been applying neosporin and hydrogen peroxide, but I quit neosporin today. I believe it is a second degree and the burn tightens up when I try to bend it, is that normal?

    here are a few pictures.

I not postive but I don't think the peroxide would be helping it. I would just use neosporin. Also aloe vera would be good for a burn.

this burn is a second degree burn.
    And is now infected.

STOP using the peroxide. Still use the Neosporin.
Cover the finger with a NON STICK, STERILE dressing such as Melonin.
    And a bandage.
Keep it dry once dressed as getting it wet will only multiply the bacteria.

But make a Doctor's appointment for anti-biotics ASAP.

According to this website, you should see the doctor. For tonight, put ointment on it and wrap with sterile gauze if you have any. If not iron a cloth to sterilize and protect the finger. Take some pain medicine, but see the doctor as soon as possible.

You need to see a doctor. It looks like a second degree burn. Do not put anything on it until you see the doctor.

Submerse your fnger in cool/cold water. Don't run water over it, put the water in a cup and put your finger into it. Make sure you keep it clean and cool. After put some antibitotic cream on it (neosporin.) Cover it with gauze, but don't wrap the gauze too tightly. Make sure you keep it clean, and if it gets worse go see a doctor. Also try taking a pain reliever like aspirin or tylenol.

Judging from your pictures, I think you really need too see a doctor. Keep putting peroxide on your finger and use band aids until you get to the doctors.
