Ok, so my leg has been hurting the past few days. The front bottom part and the upper back part.. It feels like a pulled 2 muscles or something... My bf and I did just start at the gym, but we only went twice and it was 2 weeks apart... What should I do? Plus it's basically winter here with how cold it's been the last few days.. But owww my dang leg hurts,,,when I walk I can feel the pain.. It's like a pulling pain.. What is it and what can I do about it? Oh and my other leg feels sort of the same way.
