i actually don't get on the elliptical every day but i get on like probably at least 4-5 days a week. i am on level 12 on the elliptical(level 12 out of 20 levels), and i use the hill option workout. my rpm is usually around 58-68.

and also another another question: how much time do you think it would take me to run a mile on the ground if i can run a mile in 11 mins on the elliptical?
