I'm about 5'4 or 5'5 and I weigh 110 pounds. I don't play any sports because I don't like them. I don't exercise, but I want to start.

So this is what I want to know, am I over weight?
Secondly what can I do to exercise, I don't want to lose weight, I just want to tone my stomach and get a little bit of muscle on my arms and legs so how do I go about doing so?

Any ideas or suggestions please. Websites and blog spots are fine too.
