Our whole family has just chucked out all evidence of "bad cals" crisps, chocs, everything. My sister is a fond banana fan, and i love grapes, but i know grapes contain alot of sugar so i need fruit, or any other sort of fruit i can buy to subsititue crisps and choc cravings. (p.s not snack a jacks, or rice cakes, there is simthing in them i am alergic to
