My knee got dislocated 3 years ago, I did do Physiotherapy, but since then my knee has not been 100%. I just had a baby 4 months ago, and need to get back into cardio to lose that last 7lbs.. But my knee is acting up even more. YES i am going back to Physiotherapy starting next week, BUT in the meantime what kind of exercise can I do that is safe for the knee and can help me lose weight??
