I always start out with good intentions but then after about 4 days i've fallen from the bandwagon with a big hard thump! I was just wondering what you do to keep up your motivation and wondered if you could give me any tips.

I seriously need to get in shape for my wedding and I thought that would be enough motivation for me but I see the biscuit tin and i just cant help myself! I often do it and don't realise until it's in my mouth. I know I comfort eat when my husband is on nights too so purely out of boredom. Any tips would be greatfully received. I seriously need a kick up the backside!
