Thread: what inspires you to work out?

i keep telling myself that pain is only temporary, my head is the only place that wont hurt, and i strive to be invinsible
these things inspire me to work harder when im tired and want to quit.

what inspires you?

and if you have any other general fitness advice, id love to hear it

When I do it is the knowledge of how much better I will feel in a few months.
Then there is the fantasy of sex in the future.

i always think about the great feeling when you are finished
