    Is what I do okay? Or do I need a bit of guidance :)?

    I'm 16/girl.
    I don't eat anything except for half (occasionally more) of my dinner everyday. However, I go to the gym for an hour a day, so I effectively burn it off. I pretend I've eaten lunch and stuff. When I am at school I tell my parents I stay after for study club, but I actually go to the gym.
    I'm not at a dangerous weight or even underweight, yet, I'm just normal.
    I know this doesn't sound right but I can't see anything wrong in what I'm doing. I always feel fat so I need to burn it off, so it's okay.

    Do I need help?

    It's a fact that skipping meals means you're actually more likely to put on weight rather than lose it. And do you need guidance? No, you don't need guidance, you need serious help... and fast.
