I'm 16/girl.
I don't eat anything except for half (occasionally more) of my dinner everyday. However, I go to the gym for an hour a day, so I effectively burn it off. I pretend I've eaten lunch and stuff. When I am at school I tell my parents I stay after for study club, but I actually go to the gym.
I'm not at a dangerous weight or even underweight, yet, I'm just normal.
I know this doesn't sound right but I can't see anything wrong in what I'm doing. I always feel fat so I need to burn it off, so it's okay.
Do I need help?
