What is a good site which provides a free workout plan?

I have tried free-trainers but they were crap I think.
I've gone through two tubs of protein powder and I have not gained any weight at all through their plan (and yes i have been eating normal food too).

And I am also curious about whether the one you recommend worked for you.

One of the best weightlifting sites you'll ever go to. Uses methods that work and focuses on the big, heavy compound lifts while eating a ton to gain muscle and strength.

It not only worked for me (it's the current program I follow, the intermediate one), but it has worked for countless others.
