I weigh around 160lbs and I'm 5'8" and have a slim body type. I'm wanting to get more muscle tone and get more cut basically. I work out for half an hour monday through fridays. Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays I do pushups and situps. Tuesdays and Thursdays I do dumbell curls, dumbell lateral raises, and dumbell squats. I run for a mile every day Monday through Friday. I drink a Monster Milk shake after every work out, though, what are good meals to eat if you want to get more cut, toned, and defined?
