I wanna know does anybody have a good calastedic workout.I wanna lay off of the weights and just build my muscle naturally.I wanna get cut.Right now im 180,and I am 5 8.Im basicall short and stockyand I dont have definition,just alot of mass.I just wanna get on a set schedule.I was thinking monday,wensday,and friday,pullups pushups and dips and forearm,and then on tues and thursday and sat run,neck,legs.Does anyone have something better,or is this good.
