I have gained so much weight mainly in my torso area but everywhere else is fine and porportionate! So now i am excersising by doing lots of cardio and mild weight lifting and also lots of crunches. But i dont want to mess it up by eating the wrong foods what should i eat mainly for lunch and dinner? I have never had a bad weight problem neither have i ever been stick skinny I've always been pretty normal but now I am starting to gain alot because I have gotten lazy and I ate really unhealthy this year someone help
