Thread: what foods contain natural penicillin?

I am starting to have cold like symptoms and cannot be bothered to go to the doctors when all he will do will prescribe some antibiotics, so i wanted to save his time and mine and maybe self help will do me good,
Just wondering if anyone as any ideas for food containing natural penicillin.
I have been eating natural yogurt as i believe this is meant to work

I don't know what country you're in, but, in Canada there's a OTC medicine called Cold FX, and it works soooo good. Everyone that has used it swears by it, myself included. See if any of your local drug stores carry it. Wishin' you well.
