I'm a 14 year old girl and don't do any sport, i'm getting very concerned about it and really want to start doing something to keep my body in shape. The problem is i don't know what to do? I really want to get my body toned and shaped as its very ungainly, skinny and shapeless. Any ideas of things i can do on my own like jogging ect.. I don't really want to join and clubs.
Any ideas of what i should do? anyhting would be usefull
