Hello
Im just about 16, 5'6 and
I really need to start working out...mainly for my health and energy level. Plus I have a jello belly that I just can't seem to get rid of..=)

The problem is, I'm really freaked out about losing the very little breasts that I have. I don't mind walking(my endurance is zilch when it comes to running), perhaps the fat that i'll lose will come from my chest.
also I just moved and there isn't a gym anywhere all I have is the house that im in for now(no stairs) so I was wondering what excercises I could do in a small house that'll burn fat

but the thing im worried about is that I've had some back and neck problems


So, what exersises can I do to get rid of my belly, tone my butt and legs and have absolutely no reduction in my chest??(though fat chance for that)


any help would be great!!!
