what are the effects of only eating soup for 4 days?

i haven't been feeling very well for a couple days, but everyone says i look fine. i feel nauseous a lot for the past few days (for about 4 days now) i havent thrown up, and all i have eaten for these 4 days is soup and occasionally crackers. i went to the doctors today, and they ruled out strep & the flu. they took blood and said i looked fine and nothing seemed to be wrong. so im wondering, can you feel nauseous from not eating actual food and only eating soup for the past 4 days? pleaseee help!

I guess its possible since your not eating anything solid. But why would you only eat soup for four days straight? Go eat and get some real food into your system! hahaa, seriously :P

I sometimes find that NOT EATING ENOUGH makes me efel nauseous too.

    So eat something.

If you feel like soups that's ok as long as it's fresh or tinned soups and has fiber in it (none of that instant powder crap).

Is there a possibility that you might be pregnant?

You usually feel light headed and dizzy not nauseous when you haven't eaten.

Well why would you continue to eat only soup after developing those symptoms?
