i think i got it because i ate McDonald's 2 or 3 hours before bed last night and i very rarely eat fast food and it was before bed.. :/
i had a double cheeseburger; fries; and a orange hi-c.

anyways i woke up at 7 nauseous i had to throw up but i didn't i went back to bed.
then i woke up again at 9 and i was really nauseous so i got up and stayed up. now ive sat here for 2 hours just laying watching tv and stuff and im all nauseous.
my stomachs all gurgly and i have to throw up!

i really dont wanna throw up!

whats a list of foods i can eat to make my stomach feel better!
