Hi there, i am going on a run tomorrow with my gym class for 5 km and its right after lunch, what can i eat at lunch that wont give me cramps/ make me barf while im running? also do you think i should have a red bull inthe morning just so i have enough engergy?
and what foods give you enerdy and wont make me barf thanks! and if possible can you give me more than one type of food because im going to be hungary at lunch!
