Okay so yesterday I asked a question that asked if it's normal for me to be losing a pound a day. The reason why I loose so much weight in a day is because I restrict myself to 500-900 calories a day and if I eat more a burn it all off on the treadmill no matter how long it takes. I eat mostly healthy foods. Most people said that this is not normal, and that I should be eating 1200-2000 calories a day and to exercises for 30 minutes a day.

Now, my actual question is- is that somebody I said I would look skinny- but also look "soft." What exactly do the mean by looking soft, do they mean that I should include sit-ups in my workout or what. If I do more than just cardio and include sit-ups in my workout, will this prevent me from looking "soft"?

"you look thin, but you have fat deposits everywhere making you look soft."


so what does that mean exactly?
